The Community Noir Fund (CNF) is a community-centered, media-enhanced strategy designed to capture and curate Black Joy, forgotten history & wisdom through storytelling and healing projects.

The Community Noir Fund is convened by ASE Northwest, A Black-led, 501c3 nonprofit organization created to empower diverse Black youth and families throughout the Pacific Northwest regions of the United States.
